We ensure at a young age, that all our players receive top technical training so that they are comfortable on the ball while they express creativity on the field. We also expose them to physicality of the game and how to play at a high pace. Finally and most importantly, we ensure they understand the game mentally. This is so they understand the tactics of the game, respect for the game and eachother, and the value of hard work.
